Our room was cozy, with a fine sea view, made every morning a delight. The staff were friendly and cute. Breakfast was a treat, especially the haggis, scrumptious. The cozy bar with an open fire created a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring.

The location is just fine, right by the water with great views of the lighthouses and mountains. Had a beautiful double room that was super comfy and warm. The staff were really friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and breakfast was delish, especially the haggis! Really enjoyed the cozy bar, great selection of drinks, and the open fire.
A bit annoying that there was no cell service and the wifi was the only way to keep connected. The restaurant menu was somewhat restricted for dinner.

We were upgraded to double room on check in. This accommodation had a secluded setting right on the banks of the Loch. Moreover, it's close enough to the sea and surrounding area, the restaurant, and the railway station.

Got the same double room booked online with bags of hot water and a fire place, for instance. The hotel was in the secluded setting in the pub which had a better menu than the restaurant. The stay was fantastic and I would stay here again.

fantastic location but needs minor improvements
The suite offered a amazing view of the Ornsay lighthouse and the mountains. The Highland breakfast, with haggis, was really good and a highlight every morning.
The bar area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.
